  • Observe and participate in negotiations, developing negotiation skills to close deals.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients to address inquiries and maintain positive connections.
  • Data Management: Keep detailed records of lead interactions, status updates, and any relevant information in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
  • Lead Tracking: Monitor the progress of leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to conversion.
  • Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with leads by providing relevant information, answering questions, and addressing their needs or concerns.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales or in a similar role. 
  • Proven sales/marketing/lead generation track record in the international market in various domains.  (Should be able to provide convincing, comparable figures to support     your claims )     
  • Ability to work independently with no supervision and guidance.     
  • Up to date with leads generation strategies in the industry.     
  • Believes in Lead Quality rather than Lead Quantity.     
  • Minimum  years of relevant experience in Inside Sales or in a similar role. 
  • Flexibility: In work hours and duties. Willingness to do anything  reasonable to generate leads and promote sales.

JD : Marketing Support Executive 

Job Overview: As a Marketing support executive you will be responsible for collaborating along with the sales & marketing team in fulfilling the support activities that would enable the overall performance of the concerned department. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Craft and execute social media posting schedules to maximize brand visibility and engagement across platforms.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date listings on relevant online directories and platforms to improve brand visibility and accessibility.
  • Monitor social media channels and online directories for brand mentions and opportunities for engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of postings and make data-driven decisions to optimize visibility strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align posting strategies with broader brand objectives and campaigns.
  • Foster meaningful interactions with followers and communities through comments, messages, and shares, cultivating brand loyalty and advocacy.

JD for Graphic Designer 

Job Overview: As a Designer at NewAgeSys IT , you will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences for our customers. You will work closely with the marketing team and stakeholders, to design and optimize various marketing design collaterals, ensuring they create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences for our customers. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand user needs and business objectives. 
  • Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including social media posts, brochures, banners, posters, websites, and other digital and print collaterals. 
  • Create personas through user research and data. 
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to conceptualize and convey design ideas. 
  • Design and implement attractive, intuitive, and functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications. 
  • Conduct user research usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Ensure brand consistency and a high level of user satisfaction across all digital touchpoints. 
  • Produce design assets and specifications for development teams.

Key Skills: 

  • Proven experience as a Designer with a strong portfolio of past work

  • Familiarity with web development technologies and their impact on design (HTML, CSS, etc.)

  • Must have 1+ years of hands-on experience in designing 
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, etc.) and Figma.  
  • An eye for detail and an in-depth understanding of design elements such as layouts, colors, typography, etc. 
  • Proficiency in crafting short video content is required. 
  • Having prior experience in SVGator is considered as an advantage.

JD : Digital Marketing Expert

Job Overview: We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert who is passionate about Digital Marketing and has proven track records of delivering successful campaigns for clients. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for devising marketing campaigns to maintain a brand. The role demands from designing marketing campaigns to maintaining and supplying the right content for a business campaign, managing social media engagement, and quantitative analysis of website traffic. 

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities include:

  • Develop Marketing Strategies that align with the organization’s Business goals.
  • Responsible for creating marketing strategies & implementing the same on Online Ad platforms.
  • Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
